Product commitment
SignalDesk uses workspace-scoped authorization, CSRF protection, password hashing, encrypted provider tokens, auditable operations, suppression checks and strict content security headers. Production deployments require HTTPS, strong secrets and configured provider credentials.
Operational boundaries
External providers are never represented as connected until authorization succeeds. Sending, billing and calendar state reflect the underlying provider state.
