Product commitment
We collect account, workspace, campaign, integration and support data needed to operate the service. Contact values and provider credentials are protected; sensitive tokens are encrypted. We do not sell customer contact data. Workspace administrators control access and can request correction or deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
Operational boundaries
External providers are never represented as connected until authorization succeeds. Sending, billing and calendar state reflect the underlying provider state.
